Contact Options
When you pin a Contact, b y default, they will added to the All Contact Group.

There are some options for managing Contacts that can be found when you right-click a Contact Card. Let's take a look. .

3. Try It: Review the Contact Options
Go to Contacts.
Right -click a Contact. A list should pop up.

What Do You See? At the top of the list are the actions that you can do. The actions include: Send an Instant Message, Call and Share. You can also send an E-mail or Schedule a Meeting.

What Else Do You See? The options are:
Pin to Frequent Contacts
Move Contact To
Remove from Group
Remove from Contacts List

Try This As Well: Pin to Frequent Contacts
Right Click a Contact
Select: Pin to Frequent Contacts.
